Dont worry its not covid 19.. Can be most likely due to acidity. Take Tab. Pan 40mg 1-0-1 before food 3 days you will be fine

Hai...thts not covid 19 don't worry...dont stress yourself thinking of that...the pain may be due to gastritis...stress induced ulcer Eat healthy take foods properly by time sleep at least for 6-8hrs a day....stay safe
