  4. Pain in tumb/wrist area. I still can't.

I was playing basketball and I was hit in the wrist, I felt a pop but not a ton of immediate pain. That night I couldn't move my thumb and 3 days later I still can't.

Rest hot pad nsaids will help , if not need to rule out ligament or bony injury
