Hi u need a root canal .. u can take acenac p for mild to moderate pain n ultracet to. Severe head pain .. pain killer is a temporary relief..

Hello sir.....take signoflam twice a day for three days after meals.Meanwhile you go for x ray of tooth and get your tooth treated ,medicine is only for temporary relief.You can practo consult us regarding Same via phone call.Regards.

U can take a simple paracetamol for temporary pain relief , although for more permanent solution u ll hve to visit dentist. Get a radiograph for further diagnosis and treatment. Hope it helps.
