  4. Pain in tooth and gums. Done to cure it?

I am having pain in upper left tooth and slight inflammation in the gum in that area since last 2 days. I am also having trouble in chewing from that side. What should be done to cure it?

xray  i required , if pain is severe and long lasting in tooth then mostly need root canal treatment. regarding gums it needs cleaning and curettage  . you can practo consult us for gum specialist and root canal specialist if u are in pune
