Pain in throat

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I have pain in throat for more than 3 weeks. It's paining much if I keep idle for sometime and swallow saliva. I can feel more pain while coughing. It's like a cramp. Even tried anti-biotic tablets. Please let me know a better solution for my suffering.
