Pain in throat and weakness
Hello doctor, I have pain in my throat whenever I can hardly drink or eat and whenever I eat or drink water it causes pain in my throat. Also I am feeling weakness and Cold but no fever. My taste smell r good.

Take warm saline gargles frequently. Steam inhalation. If throat pain persists take Tab azithromycin 500 once daily after food for 3 to 5 days.
