Pain in throat and right ear

Hello sir I have been experiencing pain in my right ear, right part of throat and head on the right side from yesterday Also I am experiencing bit of runny nose and cough but no woophing There is growing of wisdom teeth on both sides of my lower jaws And Sir by mistake 2 days ago I consumed molded food I have not taken any medicine for all the above mentioned problems Currently I am on "flunil 10" and "benfomet plus" for my OCD from last 6 months Please prescribe me the best for the above mentioned because currently I am not in the condition to visit any ENT SPECIALIST ofline And I defined the case with the most details I had. And Thank you very much for reading my case 🙏
