Pain in throat and lower neck

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Hello sir/mam ... I had sore throat from 3 month along with neck pain till the right shoulder blade also my voice becomes rough and pain in throat when I speak for some time ... Whenever i eat solid food it creates pain in my throat ... One last thing whatever i eat hot cold normal anything it creates a burning sensation on my tongue as well as in the throat ... Please suggest
