Pain in the veins conneted to testicles

I feel the pain in the veins connected to the testicles right after when I come from the gym. Pain is not continuous but still it makes me uncomfortable. Like ek khichaav ka hota h jese veins khich rahi ho . It happens only on the right side not in left side
