Pain in the upper right side of chest
I've been experiencing pain in the upper right side of my chest for the past 2 days. At first I thought it might have been a muscle cramp because I have been swimming but it turns out the pain is not diminishing. Yesterday it was comparatively less but since today's morning, it has turned into a sharp pain as I'm breathing heavily or trying to hold my right hand upwards. What should I do?

Dear Your symptoms are suggestive of some injury to your right shoulder joint.
Next Steps
It would be wise to get an MRI of the right shoulder.
Health Tips
You can stop swimming and avoid heavy lifting of weights for a week. If the pain subsides you can avoid the MRI and  feel lucky. God bless.
