Pain in the upper left abdomen..

Asked for Female, 38 Years

I think it's the spleen..pain since two weeks and occasionally at certain points all over the body like neck and ankle.. I'm assuming lymph nodes ..have a history of lympnode Tb around 18 yrs back..could it be a relapse?? Also hve swelling near the ground area since two months..tht was the beginning..
