Pain in the right eye outer corner
Hello doctor i'm having some pain in the right eye outer corner. it gets red sometimes but the redness goes away on its own. the pain increases when i'm using my mobile phone. no issue with the vision

This could be due to dryness
Try
A. Cold compresses
B. Use lubrex eyedrop 4 times daily
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis.

Reason for redness may be dryness, allergic.
For pain it be due to digital strain or convergence weaknesses.
Kindly go for dilated retinoscopy.
