Pain in the Nipple.

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I am suffering from nipple pain in my right breast since 7 days. Whenever nipple got touched with my clothes i feel the pain,at first it was very minimum but from 2 days it got on my nerves. (I was making love with my partner and he pressed my breasts very roughly and all was started after that) Should i need to worry about this? Should i need to consult a doctor? And if there is any other home remedies please tell me that? I am very much tensed about this problem.
