Pain in the neck

Asked for Male, 61 Years

My father is having a mild pain while eating and swallowing in his neck on the left side. Took some antibiotics for a few days but no relief. Went to the dr. He inserted some camera through nose but found nothing and said nothing wrong but as precaution get an MRI OF neck. All family is tensed after that and having sleepless nights. No other symptoms. Can someone pls help.

Position of pain is a bit important, if it is higher up or lower down. If you feel any swelling on the outside . Get a Clinical exam done.
