I can understand your concern.
Its normal to have a little pain. There is nothing wrong in it.
It will slowly go away.
Gradually increase your exercise so that your body can get used to the activity. That time it wont last for long and gradually will decrease.
You can take a tab. Neurokind-lc twice a day after food for a week.
