Pain in the muscle
I have pain in my muscles near thighs.It starts paining whenever I do any running exercise and again it goes of slowly after sometime.

It could be just cramps.  Avoid strenuous exercise.  If not relieved consult a  surgeon

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Its normal to have a little pain. There is nothing wrong in it. It will slowly go away. Gradually increase your exercise so that your body can get used to the activity. That time it wont last for long and gradually will decrease. You can take a tab. Hello there..... Hello there...... If you have leg pain from cramps or overuse, take these steps first: Rest as much as possible.Elevate your leg....Apply ice for up to 15 minutes. Do this 4 times per day, more often for the first few days....Gently stretch and massage cramping muscles....Take over-the-counter pain medicines.... Other treatment options will depend on the cause of your leg pain..... Consult Orthopedician.....
