Hello there.

I can understand your concern.
Its normal to have a little pain. There is nothing wrong in it.
It will slowly go away.
Gradually increase your exercise so that your body can get used to the activity. That time it wont last for long and gradually will decrease.
You can take a tab. Neurokind-lc twice a day after food for a week.
Best regards.
Dr. Anil kumar jain.
Bangalore.

Hello there..... Hello there...... If you have leg pain from cramps or overuse, take these steps first: Rest as much as possible.Elevate your leg....Apply ice for up to 15 minutes. Do this 4 times per day, more often for the first few days....Gently stretch and massage cramping muscles....Take over-the-counter pain medicines.... Other treatment options will depend on the cause of your leg pain..... Consult Orthopedician.....
