Pain in the leg in night

In the day time my sons right leg pains but in the night in between 3 am to 5 am, my son says in the middle of the sleep that his leg is paining, he asks us to massage his leg....I need a paediatric orthopedic specialist doctor.

Hello, if your baby doesn't limp while walking,, walks normally, runs normally, able to sit and stand normally, don't worry. Simple electrolyte disturbances could cause night cramps, in that case feeding baby a tender coconut or ors solution, or milk with protein powder (has protein +vitamin +electrolyte) helps the baby, Sometimes kids my ask that to get parents attention without there knowledge, or consult pediatrician he will help you.
