He is aged 55,is diabetic under medications, having severe Pain in the left upper arm, not able to move the particular arm.. Since 6 months.

if the pain is in shoulder that is because  of diabetes than he need to consult a physio near by, Diabetic patients are more prone to frozen shoulder or painful shoulder
