Pain in the left testis due to hurt.

Dear Doctor, I recently met with a minor accident that is on 5th Oct 2018, was going to office on my pulsar 150 bike and while on my way, a car took a sudden u turn and entered the road which I was passing through. I tried maximum and controlled my bike but slightly hit the side door of the car and fell down from the bike. At that moment I experienced a severe lower abdominal pain but gradually it was reduced to a slight pain in that area. I did not feel pain in my left testis till the second day but the pain is gradually increasing as the days passing(not swollen). I didn't consult any doctor thinking that it will be ok if I take rest for few days but today morning I got severe pain where I found very difficult to even walk for a short distance as the pain was spreading to the left lower abdominal part. I am really afraid of what might have happened to me. Please advise me to overcome by this issue.
