Pain in the left side of the testis.

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Hello, I am suffering from pain in the left side of the testis for 3 days. I am not aware that how it starts. When the testis touches the thigh or pant it's painful. Today, I wash the testis with warm water. But still, it's in the same condition.
