Pain in the left side buttocks
Having Pain on the left buttocks on the side and sometimes radiate down the legs. Finding it difficult to sit or lie down

These pains may be coming from nerve irritation in the spinal canal. You will need to get an MRI scan of the spine to see it in more detail. Once that is done, then treatment can be started.
