Pain in the left shoulder to left bicep
I had a pain / vibrating sensation below my chest, cardiologist said it as a Atypical pain by seeing all my tests, I did take medicine's but this pain / vibrating (a feeling if someone does a touch gently) is not coming down. I also feel gases moving around. This feeling extends till back of the left shoulder at times but once I do walking / workout this is gone completely except for a small vibrating sensation from where this is originating. Should I take a medicine to control gastric / gases for this ongoing issue? If yes please suggest a medicine.
