I am a 33yr old female (married)having pain in my left buttocks which radiates down till knee, outer thigh and inner thigh(hamstrings area) . Sometimes the pain goes all the way till my feet. I consulted 2 doctors. One doctor without examining said its "Sciatica" other orthopedic said its "Pelvic bone Pain" and not "Sciatica". Both the doctors haven't ask me to get any X-ray or MRI done. The second doctor told me to do leg raises and hip bridges. He said the pain will start reducing after these
