Pain in the left ear

My left ear us paining because of airplane syndrome...since yesterday..the ear is paining from inside and feeling heavy..even while walking I can feel so...while landing the ears suddenly started paining due to change in pressure

this is due to the negative pressure inside the ear and excess of positive pressure outside , just start chewing the gum before take off at least 1 hour ,than you will feel the pressure but less ,

You are suffering from OME due to sudden change in pressure during flying. You should avoid flying during acute upper respiratory tract infection, stay awake during ascend and descend and chew chewing gum. For the current episode consult  a good ENT surgeon.
