I am having pain in the left ear from yesterday morning after taking bath. But there is no water inside the ear.

Might be u are having wax in the ear. Following  taking bath  water goes inside the ear ; wax get swollen  and causes pain.p
Next Steps
Go to ENT  surgeon and get cheked, if wax then remove or treat  accordingly.
