Pain in the knee joint
36/f,suffering from pain in the knee joint since 3 months, she is unable to sit on floor, I'm keeping X-ray's of knee two months back and also present one, please say if there is any fracture and if there it's treatment?

She is suffering from patellofemoral pain and weakness plus stiffness of muscles of the thigh. Ask her to avoid sitting on lower heights.
