  4. Pain in the heels. The solution to it.

Pain in the heels
Pain in heels I am experiencing pain in my heels for a few minutes everytime i walk after getting up from sleep in the morning or after sitting for a long time.. please suggest what kind of illness is this n what is the solution to it.

Usually it turns out to be plantar fascitis for which u need to visit orthipedic surgeon who will prescribe some meds and suggest lifestyle changes and particular shoe or insert along with physiotherapy.. Thanks
