Greetings, sorry about your concern.
Having ice application for 10 minutes to calf and sole twice per day. If pain subsides to 40 % then the problem is calf muscles tightness. Just stretching and massage calf and sole will improve symptoms.
If the above mentioned suggested doesn't work, let me know, will assist further.
