Pain in the head
When ever i exercise i get a excruciating pain in my head and as soon as i stop doing exercise it subsides slowly this happens when i do pushups what could be the reason for the pain and how do i treat it.

I agree with the opinion given to you by other doctors. You should also get yourself checked up thoroughly especially for blood pressure, Diabetes and any other ailment.

Hi.... Try muscle relaxation exercises. Relaxation may help ease the pain of a headache. Relaxation techniques may include progressive muscle relaxation, meditation or yoga. Get enough sleep, but don't oversleep. Get an adequate amount of sleep each night..... Rest and relax. If possible, rest in a dark, quiet room when you feel a headache coming on... Avoid straining exercises for few days...
