There has been a green liquid coming out of my ears in small amounts,sometimes dried. I tried to clean it with cotton buds everyday. Now there's no nore green liquid but it is painful somewhere in the middle ear.

Discharge coming from the ear may be because of various reasons such as otitis externa, fungal infection of ear canal, acute otitis media etc. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your problem
