I think your period was stop, but hormonal secretion is occur normally so glands are active a mi ld pain feel in breast.If pain stay for 2-3 days it is normal, otherwise you visit a clinic.

Post menopause , breast pain is common in many women.
Please undergo a mammogram to rule out any serious anamoly . This is mandatory.
If the mammogram is clear, avoid medicines as the pain experienced is mild. Regular breath massage with warm.coconut oil will releive it
