Pain in testis
When I touch and check my testis, I feel like there's a lump on the lower side, completely. But I did 2 ultrasounds, and they show: "minimal free fluid in both tunica" + "Right side wall edema noted". There was swelling in the testis, but it reduced 70% with ice packs. I also feel pain in my testis, like a pulling sensation. 2 days ago, I felt a burning sensation while urinating, but it hasn't happened again since then. Now I'm thinking it might be hydrocele, but what about the lump/mass I feel? Why isn't it showing in the ultrasound?
