Pain in testis like discomfortness even not able to tell that pain is exactly from testis r not so need to know the symptoms of testis cancer

Do not think about Cancer as a first possibility for that pain in testis. Go to a doctor first for examination. He will examine and do tests like Ultrasound of scrotum etc to pin point the cause.
