Pain in stomach/chest
Since yesterday morning I've had shooting pains and tightness in my chest area. It is more noticeable after I have eaten or drunk anything and it feels tight and heavy. I thought it was heartburn at the start but I still have it now so I'm not sure.

Chest pain at any age should not be ignored.  If the ECG and X-ray chest doesn't reveal cardiorespiratory problem,  then esophageal issues like GERD can be addressed.  GERD is diagnosed by endoscopy,  esophageal pH studies.  Spasmodic esophageal pain of severe kind may occur due esophageal motility disorder..  Which may need manometry studies.
