My son 3 years 8 months plus complaining pain in his right year after he woke after his afternoon nap... please advise thank you

He may be suffering from acute otitis media which is a common type of acute Middle ear infection in children. You may need to give antibiotics and painkillers for few days. If he has any cold that also needs to be treated
