  4. Pain in right upper side stomach.

Pain in right upper side stomach.
I am 29 years old and  married. I feel slight pain in my right side stomach and also near navel but not in lower part. The pain is bearable and goes within 5-7 minutes. I'm feeling that I'm gaining weight faster than before.
