Pain in right testis.
I have moderate pain in right testis since 2-3 days. The pain disappears when I lie down or lift my right testis up. The pain and tenderness appears and aggravates on standing up or on walking. It radiates to the right groin. I have waited  hoping the problem would go away on its own, but it's not helping. I'm not sexually active and I don't have any symptoms of UTI like burning micturition or urgency or dysuria. I have no other symptoms. I'm in bed all day so I won't feel pain. No significant past medical history.
