Pain in right side waste
Since last 8 days I feel pain in my right side waste. It's very painful if I sit continues 10 min. Kindly suggest

More chances of having SI joint involvement as pain coming after prolonged sitting. Also this is developed because of you wrong sitting posture u may leaning to right side during working

Hello It may be SI joint lesion . When you sit most of the pressure goes on your back and hip joint. First start applying Ice twice a day. Please not to move your waist too much .

It can be due to sacroiliac Or coccyx pain. Take ultrasound/tns and some exercises and hot packs
