Pain in right side of ovarian

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I have severe pain in my right side of ovarian since 1 month and having a itching and burning sensation on right leg . Also feel nausea. Last month a week prior to my periods (5th May) i noticed this pain and it is still there it now . I have a regular period cycle .
