I have been having pain in my abdomen and my periods are not comming from last two months...and i have scan today of abdomen and i got this problem...large multi septated cystic right ovarian mass..

Considering your age it's better you show some gynceologist. You need to do blood tests to rule out any malignancy/ cancer. Please consult gynecologist immediately
