Pain in right side and back

I have underwent c section 3 months back everything is normal but from few days im facing sharp pain sometimes at right side and back im afraid whether is there any kidney pain or kidney stones.kindly help me please give me list of symptoms of kidney pain or kidney stones other than this i have no other symptoms
