  4. Pain in right lung. Causes for the same?

Hello, I have occasional pain and burning like sensation in my right lung area. This pain occurs very occasionally. Sometimes it also happens in the middle of the night and is accompanied with shortness of breath. I also get shortness of breath if I run or exercise more. What could be the possible causes for the same?

There are many causes for it. Gastro esophageal reflux being also common.
