Pain in right lower abdom
I was doing my legs exercise with aome weights and then i felt muscular pain in the right lower abdominal..i took rest and it became bearable after some days but then I checked on internet that could be a reason of testicular cancer also from that day i felt pain in my lower back which again is a symptom of this disease..so I am looking to get rid of this confusion.

Testicular malignancy usually have swelling in testis. If you are having pain in rt lower abdomen, there are many differential diagnosis and renal stone can be one of them as per your history. You can have an Ultrasound abdomen and Pelvis
