Pain in right leg in vein

Asked for Male, 40 Years

Paining in right leg on outer side from hip to downwards till ankle but on outerside..feeling uncomfortable while standing for long tym nd some times paining while changes my side while sleeping.. So i want to know to whom should i consult?? An orthopaedic doctor or a neurologist?? M also hvng slightly varicose veins.
