Pain in right leg below knee

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Asked for Male, 25 Years Im a distance runner past 6 months i ran and before 2 months i got pain in my right leg below to the knee around shin pone and above in toe im sure its not a usual calf muscle pain. NCS test report says that right sup peroneal is 37.14 ,right sural is 29.60 and left sural is 37.84 running is my passion but now i cant walk more than 10 min.Any solution for this issue
