Runner knee issue
Hi I am not an athlete but I googled this issue and closest match is runners knee. Whenever I walk extensively, my knees starts to pain, and then I am not able to go down the steps, it pains too much on the sides of my knees, the pain gets ok when I give rest to my legs. How can I fix this?

Hi. Resting is not the solution. The knee mechanics such as muscle strength and patella positioning needs to be evaluated. A sports physio is the right person to treat this.
Next Steps
Take an appointment with a sports physio
Health Tips
Ice packs might help to some extent.
