Pain in right knee
It's been over 4 months now I'm experiencing mild to extreme pain in my knees(both). I consulted orthopedic doc and was told my bones are soft and was prescribed multi-vitamin & calcium tabs. However my right knee still pains in lower and left side of patella. Is it osteoarthritis or patellofemoral pain syndrome ?

I feel you should undergo physiotherapy for the pain if it is not becoming alright consult the orthopaedic doctor again From whatever limited you have described then most probably you have patello femoral pain which should become alright with physiotherapy But I will be able to tell you accurately only after consultation in the clinic
