Pain in right elbow
There is a continuous pain in right elbow. Pain occurs anytime during lifting anything. Theres is a random pain occurs & continues for a short while.

Try cold packs or ice packs on the elbow 2-3 times a day for 10- 15 mins for a week or 10 days. Also, avoid lifting heavy objects & avoid movements that cause twisting of wrist. Seek medical/ physiotherapy advice of there is no relief in the symptoms.
