Pain in right breast
Hello doctor, I am 23yr old female..I have pain in my right breast and in the right side of my right breast, I can feel something hard..Tenderness..And i have it since few months..Before it was small now it's bit increased..And there itching in my right breast and the skin seems like dry..Is it just because of winter??I also have pcos problem and I'm undergoing treatment for the same..When I consulted my doctor, she told it's ok and not to worry regarding the Brest pain and the hard thing there..And she told it's because of some hamonal imbalance..But still,I am worried ..Pls help me with your suggestions

Hi there...May be mastitis,cyclical pain,breast cysts, breast trauma, prior breast surgery or other factors localized to the breast. Breast pain may also start outside the breast... in the chest wall, muscles, joints or heart, for example Cyclic breast pain appears to have a strong link to hormones and your menstrual cycle. Cyclic breast pain often decreases or disappears with pregnancy or menopause...consult nearest surgeon they will help you if its not cyclical one..

Once you shown to doctor then why to wry.... If not convinced with it go for sonography of breast  it will clear your doubts.. hormonal imbalance makes your breast more tender and hard
