Pain in right abdomen
I am having mild pain and sensation of some movement inside in my right abdomen from 4 days.
Initially it started with mild sensation and thereafter with days getting backache on right side also.
Kindly help.

Hello There.
I can understand your concern.
we need a more detailed history and need to do a clinical examination to know the cause of the pain.
as of now, you can take a tab. zerodol-spas twice a day after food. and cap. pantoprazole and levosulpiride combination like cap. pan-l once a day half an hour before food.
Have semi solid foods and avoid oily and spicy foods.
