Pain in right abdomen from 20 days
My problem is that when I take meal after my stomach pain and faces problem of breathing too, i have problems of constipation too from 20 daya, i go to toilet after 2,3 days so it's feel like suffocation and now after sonography report there is gland/tubercle, Is it happening due to Psoriasis or Arthritis? I am psoriasis arthritis patient.
It's feel like bubble in stomach and pain whenever I take / realise breath

Drink lots of water
Lots of greens leafy vegetables, salads.
Walk daily

Regarding your liver lesion a repeat USG from a reliable place or CT scan might be needed.
